Training and practice project “Psychology of Counselling and Coaching” authoring course programme

The modern world consists of unpredictability, irreversibility and too much innovation. Under such conditions, some problems are not always easy to solve because they require a person to be psychologically literate and able to construct a psychological design and implement it in reality. The formation of psychological literacy, a conscious attitude towards one’s own self-regulation system and increased psychological comfort in professional activity is precisely the goal of the author’s training project “Programme of the author’s educational course “Psychology of Counselling and Coaching”.

Interdisciplinary psychotherapy training project

The care of psychotherapy is a complex interaction of two personalities, the psychotherapist-therapist and the client. It is the mastery of professional thinking, the formation of professional consciousness and the creation of the own design of an interdisciplinary psychotherapist that is the main aim and result of mastering the author’s training project “Interdisciplinary Psychotherapy”.

COUNSELLING AND COACHING

Psychological counselling

It is a project of one’s own possibilities in the world and building the boundaries of one’s reality in interaction with others and the activities’ realisation.

Providing psychological counselling services to problems:

  • Family interaction;
  • Construction of professional activity;
  • Decision-making;
  • Support in critical or crises, difficult situations in life.

DIAGNOSTICS AND DEVELOPMENTAL CORRECTION

Psychological diagnosis is the basis for achieving a better quality of life by considering one’s needs and inner abilities to achieve them. Psychological correction is about helping people to manage their states.

Diagnostic and problem-solving services:

  • Child development (from 3 to 16 years);
  • Adaptation disorders of adults.

Creation of an individual diagnostic profile, methodological recommendations and conclusion of the current state. Development of personal psychological design.

PSYCHOLOGICAL THERAPY

Inability to change difficult life circumstances, living with the consequences of traumatic events and stressful situations sanctioned by age-related changes and unauthorised crises, staying in difficult life situations for long periods, inability to get out of intractable conflicts, difficulties in making decisions and finding choices – all these trigger unwanted life changes, which fundamentally change its course, quality, perception of self and others. In addition, the emergence of severe internal feelings and mental states (anxiety, aggression, dissatisfaction, panic, sadness, longing, etc.) practically “disables” the person and the people around him. All this is the subject of the modern psychologist’s work in interdisciplinary therapy.

Providing services for overcoming problems:

  • Psychological well-being;
  • Adaptation;
  • Temporary mental disorders and human self-regulation.

CORRECTING THE DEVELOPMENT OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

Development that is not like normal development always gives rise to attitudes that are sometimes difficult for the person to cope with or overcome. The complexity of developmental disorders means they are bound to bring unpredictable changes in a person’s personality and quality of life. The greatest danger is that the emergence of a child with a developmental disability or loss of health into adulthood leads to “psychological disability”, which entails difficulty for the person suffering, and disturbances in the mental well-being of those around them.

Service provision:

  • psychological diagnosis of the developmental condition;
  • preparation of a psychological design for a child or adult with developmental and functional disorders;
  • developmental support;
  • family counselling.

Providing services:

  • Screening of the organisation,
  • Development of innovation management profiles;
  • Programme of improvement and correction in the organisation;
  • Creation of organisation design.
