Psychologist’s notes: keep yourself alive

The most important thing that all of us, Ukrainians, must remember every second is to survive. The only way victory will be a victory is if as many of us as possible hold on to life. So, do not cry and complain if you are alive. You should disappear into the deep abyss of regret only when there is no one else to say a word, touch your palm and just breathe in the smell of your body. That’s trouble, big trouble. In all other circumstances, you can cope with all the difficulties and, overcoming yourself, find significance and sense.

But now, in my opinion, the main goal is to do three things:

Firstly, not to trust anyone, not to let anyone into your inner world, to keep your mind in the light of consciousness, and your heart in the truthfulness of your actions that reveal a person. Language and speaking have long since lost their sacredness and been turned into verbal diarrhoea.

Secondly, never betray yourself, never give up on yourself, and remember that the one so eager to change you is your personal enemy. This one who works on himself and never demands changes from another has no time to make false investments. Therefore, the enemy is the one who wants to do you good by changing you.

Thirdly, until we get what we want, we must remember who benefits from tempting us and lulling our consciousness, and who is this lullaby benefactor who, rocking our minds, sings us a deadly lullaby? No one sings songs about its outcome as long as there is a threat because it is a threat.

But the most important thing is not to look for excuses for those who do not need them. Some of them are for facing Eternity forever. The other people are for shitting themselves and wiping their arse, hiding their heads from this same Eternity. Everyone should be responsible for themselves because you always become an invisible accomplice by making excuses, but you don’t know what exactly you are an accomplice to.

So, today, the crisis psychological security of Ukrainians is to maintain a critical mind and be selective in perceiving the world without justifying anyone.

In this case, there is a chance that the racist genocidal bacchanalia is doomed to self–destruction, and they will choke on their own psychosis, bitches.
