The following statement is likely to help avoid war fatigue: uncontrollability.
Either you live and are guided by the control of your intentions or actions, or you go into psychosis because war and control are incompatible. It’s worth remembering that the loss of control is perhaps the only positive feature of war. People stop playing with omnipotence and begin to appreciate the truth of life, which is quite simple: only life itself and all the ways to preserve it matter.
So, if you feel tired, remember – this is war fatigue. If the war has tired you, it has defeated you. In this case, you need to change the environment quickly, rehabilitate and recover. And if you can’t run away and hide from the war, start a “conversation with it” and build a “relationship” with it. Stop waiting for it to end, live the life you see, and don’t ignore the rules of life.
