War has a variety of effects and implications for the mind and body. I am a psychotherapist, so psychotherapy does not allow me to give recommendations. However, I will share different professional views on what is happening now.
And yes, the whole world has fallen into one of the most severe stresses – a threat to life and, at the same time, the absence of any means to avoid this threat. Thus, we have all become numb. In other words, we have become fixed in the epicentre of stress. This epicentre is experienced subjectively as a shock.
Moreover, we have all been going around in circles emotionally and intellectually for the third week: from a daze to shock to a manic desire to avoid awareness of the situation to a fall into the depths of our effects and emotions. And again, we return to the state of numbness. The duration of this numbness creates a super strain on the body. Being in this super strain, we form a condition of neuropsychic tension.
Therefore, I ask you to take care of your physical body now.

And, most importantly, take care of your body. Consult a doctor and choose herbal remedies that will slowly help your body relax and adapt to living conditions that the psyche does not accept without creating additional stress.
Therefore, neuropsychic stress is a long-term activity of the epicentre of stress in the physical body and the refusal of the psyche to adapt to new living conditions. Help yourself! The time has come! Do not overload your body! Support yourself!
